Gumucio | Litigation Corporate was founded in Santa Cruz de la Sierra in 2013 by Managing Partner Daniel Gumucio Carrasco. The firm began as a boutique practice focused on labor and employment law and has since developed into a full-service legal practice with a team of more than 30 lawyers.

The firm advises domestic and international clients across labor and employment, corporate and commercial matters, as well as complex disputes involving criminal, civil, commercial, constitutional, and agrarian and environmental law.
