We also handle the acquisition of titles from the National Institute of Agrarian Reform, land title regularization with the National Institute of Agrarian Reform, and address title regularization in response to observations from the Property Registry.

Additionally, we conduct assessments of compliance with Social Economic Function, property mergers or subdivisions, evictions, manage the acquisition and registration of licenses for agricultural activities, and perform agricultural audits.

Furthermore, we manage all aspects related to real estate, reviewing pertinent legal documentation such as property titles, land use plans, cadastral certificates, taxes, among others.

Moreover, we handle necessary procedures prior to property rights registration with relevant institutions, such as urban planning, Municipal Tax Administration “SER,” and Property Registry.
