He has knowledge in structuring and managing corporate governance across different types of companies, including corporate management, board formation, company type transformations, judicial portfolio recovery, and execution of business promotions before the Gaming Authority, among other aspects of the field. Prior to joining Gumucio, he served as In-house Lawyer at “Industria Metalúrgica Ferrotodo S.A.”
