He is an Associate at Gumucio, working in the Administrative Labor team. He started his career at our firm as an intern, then advanced to a legal assistant, and eventually became an associate. He is a lawyer with experience in effectively managing and resolving issues related to labor law; with skills in coordinating large-scale termination processes, human talent restructuring, representing clients in hearings before the Ministry of Labor, and conducting labor audits for companies in various sectors.
