She graduated as a lawyer from the Private University of Santa Cruz (UPSA) and holds two (2) Master’s degrees, one in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure from the Universidad de Aquino Bolivia and another in Tax and Customs Law from the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, Spain.
